Faith is tanking and praising God for what He has done already in the spiritual world, even though you haven’t seen it happen in the natural/ physical world.
The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it. When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel. And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour.

Faith is knowing that God will do the thing even though it looks like it could never happen.
Believing that, because His promises are ‘yes and Amen‘, it is done because you have a wonderfully awesome Heavenly Father. Who gives good and perfect gifts.
Believing that He works all things together for your good because you love Him are called according to His purpose.
Beliving that because you obey His word and will for your life, and you seek His face and get in His presence, things will work out in your favor.
Because you know that he loves you and takes care of them whom He loves.
This doesn’t mean that you don’t get chastised, for He chastises the ones He loves.
Neither does it mean you won’t go through hardships, we know that the storm prepares us for the work we will do.
The storm strengthens our faith.
By the end of the storm, when it’s all said and done, we should know that we know that we know that we know that God Almighty is our Father and He is a rewarder of them who diligently seek Him.
